OK so im wondering if anyones able to help me, im dyspraxic and im finding it really hard to sift through all the pages and pages and pages...etc of information to just find the answers to a few questions.
Installed Stainless Steel and started a campaign as England, its a marked improvement on the original, the battles feel very nice..etc
There's a problem though. I'm trying to understand the education system and not having much luck.
I understand that they have predispositions toward military or admin but im not sure how to tell how long i need to leave them in their for it to take effect, or if its working at all.
Ive got some generals in London with a university and a library and they've just gained nothing whatsoever.
My leader only has about 3 command, 2 dread, 3, loyalty and 2 piety. Even after loads of battles. and he's my BEST general. Every single governor is lucky to even get ONE command and chivalry/dread.
What am i doing wrong? They occasionally get an education or some bonus that SHOULD give them +1 piety or something (the bonus from the library) but then it DOESN'T appear on their stats....
My Faction leader is the only one of two people who is in the war council (my other being another crap general that didn't improve after about 5 battles that was GIFTED the war council membership.) and even my faction heir isnt a member. So i only have TWO members of the WC and no idea how to get a third...
Am i doing something wrong or is the game just being buggy? im having real trouble here guys and struggling to find the answers in all these forums cos of my disability please help.
Getting a bit sick of people just huffing and trying to direct me to a forum that supposedly has the answer in their somewhere but its amongst the answers to another 3,000 questions all lumped in to one messy forum where the search function doesnt seem to work..
please someone just fill me in on whats going on im not sure how to deal with it.
Yaco
