Couple of newbie questions

Hi just got the mod after returing to MTW2 after a long hiatus.

Couple of questions.

1) Assasins seem nerfed in this mod. In which files can I tinker with this?

2) Where are the Timurids?

Yes, the Timurids exist in RR/RC. They removed Ireland to make room for them again. If you enjoy awesome unit rosters, and don't mind a revised recruitment system that makes special/rare units actually rare... Well, I'd highly recommend the mod. It is amazing.
