Conquer as much rebel settlements as you can.
    Reduce army if possible.

    Thanks guys!

I'm going to go ahead and take Tadzreuli's comments to heart the most though. As a Gerogian, I'm sure he has a better undertsanding of how this works, lol

I know this may sound pedestrian, but I have always looted settlements, as opposed to occupying them. Guess Im just greedy after a hard battle

I'll definatley experiment with these suggestions though, I always loved the unique Georgian position and utterly cool units they get.

If possible, do you guys have a more comprehensive strategy in having an overall effective gameplan for the Kingdom of Georgia? Which horse-archer super power should I be more wary of? Kypchaks or Seljuks? Is disbanding elite, yet expensive units a wise decision? Things of this naure.

AFAIK, looted cities are progressing in the usual way. They just need more time to reach the level
I would recommend not disbanding elite expensive units like georgian lancers. Instead, took cities and evolve trade/agriculture to get enough money for elite units

I never loot cities, and georgia is quite good to play when you take the neighbour rebel cities in the first 10 turns, it is not that hard to conquer over 6 towns in the fiorst 10 turns, so do not disband your starting army!

ruthless expansion is the answer OP. Lay siege to settlements with a small force that will make the enemy sally (do not bother trying to assault a towns/cities walls or wait them out!), then crush them in a field battle. Georgia has horse archers and heavy cavalry (generals guard) so this will be easy. Batter the elite infantry with your horse archers (the rebels have many iritating heavy spearmen and javelin throwers) then charge downhill onto them with your general! I think there is a bug with javelin throwers that stops your charge if they are preparing to throw so be ready to withdraw your cavalry quickly if this occurs.

Before your blitzkrieg use the diplomat to ally with the ERE

you can ally with the krypchaks and fellow christian nations easily... give them a crappy rebel settlement in return for the alliance. After this make war with the turks, ayyubids (they can absorb the KOJ easily so beware if they are at war with them!) or abbasids. Taking baghdad from the abbasids and sueing for peace is a great way to make alot of money. Baghdad is ridicolously wealthy if you are at peace/conquer the surrounding regions

    I forgot about this.

Just send some units to rebel/enemy teritory (don't besiege settlements).
After 2,3 turns you will see some devastating ground around them.
You will earn about 1000 florins a turn.
At the begining it will be a huge support for your purse.
I always send a few units at the rebel teritories and before I besiege I loot some money during several turns.

Have as little army as it is possible.
