    Default Bug on bugfix?

The 1.4.1 patch should fix victory condition, altough I destroyed Isengard before the patch and KK said that the patch are compitable to saved games.

Looks like I had to start over again?

I don't understand, you destroyed Isengard before the patch and what is now with your save-game? Are the victory conditions still not working? Are the victory conditions not working though they were working before? Is Isengard now not destroyed and it was before?

Anyhow if your problem is related to the "no-victory-condition-for-evil-factions"-bug the patch is savegame compatible in the way that it doesn't affect your savegame and you can continue playing like before, but the victory concitions are only fixed when you start a new campaign.

You have not yet completed your objectives, it seems. You have to conquer 50 cities and Mordor must be defeated.
It's only after you have lost everything, that you are free to do anything.

Or do you just mean that it still reads "destroy Isengard" in your victory conditions? That text doesn't change if you destroy one of the factions. It will also always be 50 provinces to conquer... If Isengard still exists you can see in the diplomacy screen.
