Default Thracian/Dacian medicine and astronomy vs Greek medicine and astronomy

The other thread on thracians and greeks became somewhat chaotic at the end but several key notions were still left unresolved, especially by the proponents of such claims. This thread aims to focus on the specifics and give diegis a chance to present his evidence.

    Claim #1:
Thracian/Dacian medicines were superior to Greek's.

    - As surgery, i assume they was on par, but as an overall, Dacians was better.
    Claim #2:
Thracian/Dacian astronomy was at least on par with the Greek's.

I just want to see solid evidence (primary source, archeology, academic sources) to prove these claims. Go ahead diegis. I honestly have not heard any reputable source supports these views but diegis if you can show me some previously undiscovered evidence, please enlighten me.

For Christ's shake bushbush, why are you obsessed with Romanians? Every country's nationalists drop methodological approach and make wild claims at some point or another, but singling out Romanians alone and every single time indicates empathy. Is there some sort of Sinoromanian conflict in the real world we are not aware of?

i am gonna wait for his evidence before i say it is "wild claims". In the other thread, diegis at the end just repeated these claims without providing proofs.

Oh, come on, do not underestimate our intelligence, I did participate in the other thread in case you do not remember. There was extensive discussion on this topic there and you know diegis will not bring something new here, which is precisely why you made this thread anticipating it will turn into another Romanian bashing festival in the tradition of threads like "who are the true Romans", "Dacians the toughest in Europe" and so on. I ask, why do you dislike Romanians?

if he did not want this thread, he should have responded to my requests previously. (which were not replied).

Or he should probably take the claims back. I will wait for his answers.

Good luck waiting. But perhaps it would have been more proper to have reposted the question in the original thread?

What knowledge do we have of Thracian and Dacian medicine? Any? I'd be glad to know.

    just a joke!

Claim 1-2 is simply fantasy (nationalist bias) like the daco-roman continuity!!
On his deathbed, hungarian John Hunyadi told his countrymen:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
"Defend, my friends, Christendom and Hungary from all enemies... Do not quarrel among yourselves. If you should waste your energies in altercations, you will seal your own fate as well as dig the grave of our country."

Only rumenian extremists claim that John Hunyadi was rumenian! John Hunyadi's father was Vajk his brother name was Magos, John's brother name was also Vajk both name Vajk&Magos are ancient hungarian names!

I have logged my complaint with the moderators of this forum regarding your anti-Romanian trolling that has occured repeatedly in the past weeks. Starting threads by quoting people out of context, using provocative titles ("Are Romanians True Romans?", "Were the Dacians Rome's Hardest Enemies?", things no one even claimed), and then not providing an substantial opening post is a clear sign of trolling, and the moderators should not allow it.

The mods said they would do something if it happened again. Your post has been reported. I suggest everyone else who is sick of these types of threads report bushbush's post with a message similar tot he following:
This is the nth time bushbush starts a no-substance thread for the sake of trolling and pissing off Romanians on this forum. I was informed by Rome_kb8 that there would be consequences if this trolling continued.

I would like to see this end. VV is not a sub-forum where people can just bash other nationalities for and giggles. It's clear bushbush doesn't actually care for the topic of the thread, and instead only wants to troll.
    Take it easy,
    Romano

EDIT: I mean FFS, you realize this thread is a branch off of another troll-thread by bushbush ("Thracian Civilization vs. Greek Civilization")?
I'm very disappointed by the degeneration of this forum. At least in the Mudpit people actually care about the topics of the threads they start.

Starting a thread by pulling member posts from another thread is not really good for this forum. It does not matter really what the other member thinks or posted since the OP has not given his position or some basis of sources to start this discussion. The thread is closed. Since the other thread remains open, this is also a duplicate thread to respond to the member posts.
