Problem unzipping rtr_platinum_v1.9_full.zip

Sorry guys, brand newb.
I've downloaded the v1.9 install file from http://www.beaglepc.net/Downloads/rt...ll_install.zip
unfortunately, I am unable to unzip it with either winrar or winzip. I have downloaded all of the other files I'd intended to patch with and they've unzipped fine.
Don't know what's going on here. Is there another mirror I could try? or could someone email me a copy that they know unzips?
Any suggestions welcome.

It`s a rar file afaik so you need winrar to decompress the archive. Either you`re not doing something right with this part or the pack did not download fully(or it got corrupted). I don`t think there`s another mirror for the regular version. There are several afaik for the mod switch version though.
