    Believe it or not, but it is 322 Tbps. Tbps as in TERRA bits per second. You can download all of Congress in 1 second, or stream all of the videos on the internet in 4 seconds. Or have all the people in China simultaneously host video chat. Its all what happens at 322Tbps.

    Since I am too lazy to read the article, can someone explain to me its basic purpose? It is supposed to manage a countries internet traffic or something?

    Its actually 4 minutes to download every motion picture ever made. That is quite a lot of bandwidth.
