    Default Marian Reforms

    hi all dont know if this is the wright place to put this

    im looking the edit the Marian Reforms triger in my RS 1.6 game i know you need to have an imperial palace out side of roma.
    as i play a slow game i get the reforms by taking a city with the place in it and i dont want this to happen enymore i just want it to happen when i have a place in Tarentum

    Go to data/world/maps/base/descr_regions.txt and remove the "italy" hidden resource from all settlements except Tarentum. Then delete map.rwm.

    And start a new campaign, this won't work on existing campaigns.

    hi thanx for that just one more thing will this affect my save games from other factions or will i have to restart tham too ???

    They'll continue to work, but won't be affected by the change.

    well affter doing my edits i keep geting CTD o well will have to go back to the old file

    did you delete map.rwm, and/or delete the resource properly ?

    and do you have -show_err ?

    yes i did and yes i do

    it was a Application Error every time i play the game
