CoW working on Gold Edition

Hi iv downloaded version 1.02 of CoW and iv installed it into my medieval 2 TW folder but it says that it cant find the kingdoms folder btw im running the gold edition of m2tw if anyone could help thankyou

1) Welcome to the forums Komrade-KaRNaGE! It's always a pleasure to see new faces.

2) It may be because the installer has it set to a certain directory. If it asks to select your installation path, just set it to where your Medieval 2 folder is located.

also if it helps to determine the problem when i try to start the mod is displays the message "cannot find Kingdoms.exe"

You do have kingdoms installed and updated to version 1.5 don't you?

i have the m2tw gold edition installed (original and kingdoms on one disc) version 1.3 should i update to version 1.5 and try to play CoW?

Yes, you need kingdoms patched to 1.5
