yes, keeping the copyright concerning complete 3d animations/films is very important.
Regarding single plates or 3d pictures I'm not "fussy", but films and/or animations which are still available at youtube are somewhat difficult.
Also to avoid discussions with the film-makers it is always advisable to give a clear source where the animation is coming from.
Just imagine you make a 3d animation (which needs probably several months for the production) and another guy is posting in other forums "made by me".
Anyway, if there would be another flag on top of the Theodosian walls (regarding the 3d animation) I would take it immediately as an intro-movie for AoD2. But the flag (double-headed eagle as well as the 4 B's) are symbols belonging to the time-frame after the 4th crusade (13th centuries and on).
Yes, sorry for the misunderstanding PM...
EDIT: What's the symbol of Romans in AoD II?

the chi-rho is the main symbol, let's say for the loading screen etc etc.
please check post#1 of the following link (you have to scroll down a little bit)

And AoD2 offers 8 different unit-banners for Roman units during battle.
One banner is shown here :

Agh. No downloads, and no screenshots. How I wish I could see screens of these walls.
