I played a regular ss 6.1 game with the good old templars, I had just resently captured Jerusalem and turned down an offer for explorers guild. The next turn i got this offer instead:

This is interesting... I thought it to be impossible to accumulate enough points towards Hanseatic Leaque in any other settlement then a select few.
I remember a globalised factor in there but it was way smaller then the localised one

Maybe Baltic comerce discovered silk and spice are better than Amber, or teutons found the amber road of lituanians skulls?
