Question about rebellions

How come rebellions sponsored by me spawns in my provinces, automatically!? It's ing annoying.
It is keeping me from building forts in Sarai, Borgutjar and Voronezh...

just put some soldiers on those provinces while you build the fort, it'll make it so construction doesnt have to restart and will lower the revolt risk a little

I want to ask something:
_ I'm playing Dai Viet faction and I had my provinces revolt and rebel many times, but why the rebel's army just endure for one day without any advance and after that, it automatically returned to my hand without any suffer or corruption either. I'm scare of something bad will happen with these province in the future( like reduce tax-base or a super rebel division...)

You've really only to worry about long-term effects if they're nationalist rebels.
