i a playing as the sassians (spelling?) and i can only train my elite infantry called something i forgot their name, annyway i can only trainn them in my eastern originnal provences, is this a bug or just part of the game?
You have to be more specific.
If you're playing Barbarian Invasion, then I'll guess that you're playing as the Sassanids. My guess (I haven't played Barbarian Invasion in quite some time) is that your elite infantry has a specific Area of Recruitment (AOR) outside of which it cannot be recruited. Unless you've noticed any other bugs or egregious flaws in the game, I'd say that the AOR theory is the case. Otherwise, try re-installing or re-downloading the game (depending on whether you have a hard copy or Steam) and uninstalling any mods you may be using.
Other than that, I don't know that to tell you other than, in the future please provide more details, so that me or somebody else on the Forum can help you. Much in the way you need to tell a car salesman what sort of vehicle you want to buy in order to find, you have to tell tech helpers what sort of issue you have so that you can fix it. Good luck, regardless.
Yeah, they're a type of Sassanid Heavy Infantry, they can only be recruited in the Desert. It's part of the game.
when the union's inspiration through the worker's blood shall run,
there can be no power greater anywhere beneath the sun,
yet what force on earth is weaker than the feeble strength of one?
but the union makes us strong.
I am guessing it's because of the Barracks, or the Population being a certain religion.

Check the unit in the descr.txt files for the Barracks - if it's region-specific, it will have a notice saying that it requires a Resource or Hidden Resource.
I beat back their first attack with ease. Properly employed, E's can be very deadly, deadlier even than P's and Z's, though they're not as lethal as Paula Abdul or Right Said Fred.
