The only question that i want to ask is if the mod is Mod-Foldered, because i have lots of mods that are mod-foldered and i prefer it that way so that i can install even more mods.

Which version of RTR do you play? Most modern ones are mod-foldered. Only RTR 6 Gold isn't, and with Platinum you'll have to choose the mod-switch version. Besides that, all VII releases and mods like ExRm are modfoldered.

I just looked at the installation instructions and saw that it is mod-foldered.

You can get a modfoldered RTRPE and EXRM is modfoldered too
