It's in the Beta Forum which is only visible to Beta testers and team members.

Right now it's only for the old guard as we are using the closed beta. Once RS 2 is released it's going to be open for everyone.

Anyone of the old YATSis can pm Winter if the like to participate. Just make sure that you have time to be active.

It's a TWC community RPG where you can be a Senator, get elected for offices etc. It's kind of like a hotseat but everyone is in the same faction. If you want to participate then you have to create a character (with a latin name) and post it on the YATS forum's character section and give details like if you are a patrician, pic of your villa all that.

Someone from YATS should post the info/rules etc so that people can have this ready for next round
