    Default New to modding

    Hi Guys
SO I'm new to modding, and I was wondering how do I make new units?
I want to make a set of Greek units, but I don't know where to start.
    What programs do I need?
What all is involved in doing this?
And is there a step by step guide on how to do this?

    Thanks in advance!
    Duke

P.S. If I have made anything unclear please tell me.

Okay so I did a bit of looking around, but when it comes to creating skins I have a problem.
When people say use Adobe Photoshop, they don't specify which one.
Do I use the $900 Cs4 version, or the free one on the net?
    Thanks

Photoshop is the best, but expensive. You can also use GIMP, which is free.

    Howzit guys
So I was looking around to see what products I can get in S.A. (SOuth Africa) that can do the job like photoshop, but if I want photoshop I have to pay R25,000! ($2,500)
    I am getting ripped off!
So are there any other programs (beside Gimp) that I can use to do the Job?
    Thanks

P.S. I know an importer that can get them for me, so any names you know of is fine.
    Thanks

    GIMP does a great job.

Thanks man, I got GIMP, but I don't know how to use it.
Is there a guide on here that takes you through the steps?
    THanks
