Default Where is the AOR of the 11th legion?

It seems to me that the AOR of the 11th legion is gone. Can anyone tell me which province is the recruitment base for that legion?

It's main AOR is in Sicily, the secondary AOR is in Dalmatia.

I can see only Legio XII By the way there is Legio XII Claudia Pia Fidelis in Sicily, but according to Osprey book "Roman Legionary 58 BC-AD 69" there was no legion with this name. There was only Legio XI Claudia

Btw, are the two legions recruitable in rome still available in an other region after you´ve build the praetorian legions?

It is possible, but Im looking on the AOR map, in data/IMPORTANT STUFF, so I dont know what is the name of the legion in the game.

I've checked the AOR map, but it seems to me that the legion AOR cannot be located. Seems like once the Imperial reform took place, we will lost that legion for good.

that osprey book of yours, seems to be a bit flawed either that or it only lists the legions formed between those dates and not the legions that existed at that time.

Yep, it lists the legions formed between those dates. I finished reading this book yesterday and I was suprised, because they often talk about Legio Martia or Octavianus's Legio XXXV and so on. I didnt know about these legions or that Romans had over 60 legions available before the Marian reforms. It is a very interesting book (like every Osprey book)!

    Late Republican Legions.

A list of legions around at the time of Julius Ceasars Campaign in gaul and the civil war that followed

I guess all of these legions like XXX Classica, II Sabina, XVIII Libyca and so on cant be in RS because of stupid RTW limitations, right?

Legio XII Claudia Pia Fidelis: That's a mistake. It should be 11.....and it is. Where are you seeing 12? The only 12th legion is Fulminata.

Also, the ONLY Legions I included in RS1.6 or 2 are Legions that had a very well documented existence. They is a lot of theory and supposition about others (as mentioned, there were over 60 something of them before the reforms), and there are others mentioned by number only in certain records (but not by name), and there were a few that were disbanded or disgraced and reconstituted into other Legions. Of course, there were also the ill-fated 17th, 18th, and 19th Legions....which people asked at times why didn't I put them in. Well, for one reason, very little is known about them, and their names are unknown. Secondly, 'principle'...the Romans never used the number s again, so I didn't either.
