So who likes them? I'll be seeing them this 18/4 same week as my birthday.![]()
Iing hate that kind of ''music''. If I want to hear extremely loud, monotomous mechanical sounds and angry shouting, I'd steal a bulldozer and drive it through a residential area whilst throwing rocks through the windows whilst torturing a cat. I'd tape all of it, and I swear to God if you label that tape ''Korn'', people will buy and praise it. I'd rather spoon out my eyes from their sockets with the nose of my shoe before listening to that garbage again.

sounds cool alzu. i love korns cathartic heavy pounding style, although the lyrics sometimes show they need to get over whatever high school bullies made fun of them.
fortunately I can appreciate the sound.

Korn is ok. They try to scream but can't which kind of annoys me. I like twisted transistor and some of the older stuff. Freak on a leash didn't really do it for me...
I do want to see what kind of show they put on though. Make sure to report back here with a review!
Dude, just enjoy the music or don't. You don' have to rag on it just because you don't like it or label the people that do like it. Stop bringin me down with those negative waves.
I'm not exactly a fan but there are a couple of songs I like.
(*) Mphh... It's not really all about music. What i meant is, that stuff like genocide denial and other things come inevitably to mind in view of Pøntifex's flattery.
Oh, and the mudpit is awesome![]()
The downfall of KoRn:Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
“Nothing could be more dangerous to the existence of this Republic than to introduce religion into politics”
So how should I pronounce their name, "Koyan" or "Koyap"?
I do hate people who abuse Russian letters in order to look "cool". A "ya" is not an "r" and a "d" is not an "a". Anybody who can actually read Kyrillic alphabets will cringe when seeing these "extreme kool letterz".
And about the music part, I find myself in agreement with swabian.
Used to like them. The first 2 albums were good and original for their time...then they started to become a coverband of themselves, which is kinda sad...
RESTITVTOR LIBERTATIS ET ROMANAE RELIGIONIS
MINERVAE ET SOLIS INVICTI DISCIPVLVS
formerly known as L.C.Cinna
I find them quite... uninteresting. Compare to the nu-metal material I used to listen I was fond of Korn unlike Limp Bizkit, System of a Down, Deftones, Unloco etc. I still don't know why...?
Knowledge is a deadly friend, if no one sets the rules. The fate of all mankind I see, is in the hands of fools - King Crimson's Epitaph.
תחי מדינת ישראל
Not my kind of music.
They sound just downright boring.
HATE KORN, Was annoyed that their height of popularity HAD to be when I was in high school
Swear filters are for sites run by immature children.
I like Korn a bit, the same as I like System of a Down, as in I don't really think they have too much talent, but they make some good stuff, sometimes. Not really heavy enough for me though. Want moar brootality.
Bitter is the wind tonight,
it stirs up the white-waved sea.
I do not fear the coursing of the Irish sea
by the fierce warriors of Lothlind.
I'm a cherry-picker by nature so I only have a few bands that I could say I adore, Korn isn't one of them.
That having been said, it's Shoots and Ladders for the win.
I like Korns cover on the nightmare before christmas remix
For those who dont know, someone (not sure who) decided to remake the entire soundtrack, with a different band for every song. I havent listened to many of the others yet (not very grand) but I think Korn captures the mood for kidnap the sandy claws very well
edit: why arent tags working
