Marian Reform Problems

Ok it has passed 190 bc, i have upgraded every city in italy fully and have destryed the carthago faction, urban cohorts keep apearing in random towns but i have no option to build legions? this is my first campaign on SPQR so could some one tell me how to get legions?

Did you use cheats? like add money or auto_win?

Yes both, i just found a thread that says that you cant build them if you use cheats !!!!

THAT's what I call a 'cheatiing deterrant'. Does that include the toggle_fow cheat?

Fog of war "cheat" doesn't affect it afaik. To my knowledge several ppls have used this in their AARs but still reached the reforms.

Don't rush the game. By rushing the game the reforms wont get triggered.

is there anyway to set the reforms back to when just a imperial palace is first build?

Not without a lot of modding.

its easy enough, but one of the great things about this mod is that the pre marian troops are so good. Trust me, you wont enjoy it as much as you think. They aren't uber troops like they were in vanilla.

the bad thing is i got beat back like crazy by the gauls and carthage it took me 20 turns to take back all of rome and secure the border
i do enjoy the fact that skrimishers are SOO much better

I think I have the same problem..... I always use cheats to build imerial palaces and procunsul's etc
