I said mod foldered. it meens iseperated of MW2TW in one folder in mods.

Yes, it comes in it's own folder you just need to back up the teutonic folder and then install CoW into the original teutonic folder. I currently am playing Broken Crescent, Stainless Steel, Third Age Total War, Thera, and Call of Warhammer all on the same M2TW installation.
