System debugger

I have downloaded FOE and installed it and I started it up from the launcher and the splash screen came up and then the video, but after the video at the first loading screen an error popped up that read please turn off system debugger and run again. So I disabled my system debugger but the next time I ran the game the same thing happened and an error message told me to disable my system debugger. I already have disabled my system debugger so I don't understand why I am still getting the error. Could somebody please help me?

What version of RTW are you using, and does it work normally?

Do you have your UAC turned on in Vista?

I am using version 1.5 of RTW and version 1.6 of BI and they both work normally and I do have UAC turned on.

Have you tried running the game as admin, or turning UAC off?

As far as I can tell, there are no error messages in the BI exe with "system debugger" in it.

What else do you have installed on your system? What is this system debugger that you turned off?
