Type of goverments bonuses
Well, after doing the maths it doesnt seem that the bonuses offered by the different goverments work properly..
For example..When i build regional pacification i get +5% order
bonus, then building type 1 goverment instead of giving you another +5 bonus making it 10 (it says in this buildings discription 10 bonus order), it removes those 5 you already had..(so you dont get any bonuses from type 1 - concerning happyness and law)
Am i missing something ? ?

Re: Type of goverments bonuses
No, that's how it works - when you build a building that replaces another, the bonuses the old building gives are removed and the new bonuses are available.
Example: Build Granary - Gives 5% population growth. Build Large Granary, gives 10% population growth but a reduction in trade.
Example: Build Level 1 Native Barracks, lets you build some troops. Build Level 2 Native Barracks, lets you build another set of troops, which usually happens to be the same as Level 1's plus some more. However, this is not true for the various Roman reforms - the new barracks don't give access to the older troops.
Are you saying that this does not work when Regional Pacification / Victor's Judgement is replaced by a Government Type?

Re: Type of goverments bonuses
Exactly!!!
Building with Romans type 1 goverment gives you 10% public order bonus..(it says so in this building's description). .
So,firstly we build regional pacification getting 5% bonus. . and then when type 1 goverment replaces regional pacification it should give us another 5% order bonus making it 10% , right?? Not so, this removes the 5% ,so we are left with nothing .. Nice? ?For example ,destroying a type 1 goverment should remove 10% law order but instead it does nothing to law order.
