    in startpos.esf modify the following:
    campaign_startpos/campaign_ENV/Campaign_model/world/Faction_array/faction_array/faction/faction_economics, the first line is the starting money of that faction.

    I mean how to open that file startpos.esf? It dont work with notebook or word...
