well? what kind of traits can we expect? a sword of frankish steel or perhaps you could use the shield bearder as like a sworn man or something. perhaps even Arm rings?- you could have a discription like this man has so many armrings they jingle when he walks... i dunno any other ideas?

You know, instead of posting 5 times in a row, there is an edit post button conveniently placed at the bottom of your post. It not only will save space, but be less of an eye sore. AS for Traits and Ancillaries, I'm not sure, you're going to have to wait for GatorMarine.

Yes, GatorMarine made some, for example (viking):

I just hope that those ancillaries and traits will be properly organized like in vanilla M2TW, I was always REALLY bugged by those traits'n'ancillaries that said: +1 Looting, +1 Tax etc. USE PERCENTAGE (%) PLEASEEEEE!!! Except for Command, Dread, Chivalry, Loyalty, Authority, Management or whatever. (The 0-10 things )

Sounds like you're having a hernia! But Percentage? I never understood that? how would you keep track of percentage? Adding 23% +54% -38% requires more mathematical skill than +1 +4 -2

No, no, it should work like a number, 100% = 100, Poor with Taxes = 100%(100)-10%(10): 90% income from taxes. Get it? It just feels more... ''finished''. And its like that in Vanilla, I want that Vanilla/mod feel. But when you change the trait/ancillaries like that (+1 Tax) it feels... Unifinished.
