    Rome II is coming and to my mind, NTW will be outdated.
    I will upload soon the last version of this mod, this release will contain new screenshots, new campaign ai, no tracer, new event icons and corrections on db stats.
    I have decided to rename this mod "Les Aigles" to refer to a french wargame napoleonic rules of the 90s.
    This rule inspire me the morale system and help me to discover the napoleonic warfares and uniforms twenty years ago.

    So it is the end of this mod that have begun on march 2010....more than three years now...

    Thanks everybody for contribution and support.

    I tried to delete a few units but then couldn't save the mod. Is it permissible to make minor changes to the mod for my own amusement? If so, how do you save a copy? Tried and the spinning wheel never stopped.

    While playing noticed that the French Cuirassier and Carabiniers show a screen name of "Horse Guards". The two Carabinier regiments are numbered sequentlally with the Cuirassier rather than as 1st and 2d. The Cuirassier can show up with numbers 15th and 16th instead of a max of 14. Somehow this appears to be tied in with the localization file but not sure how to change.

    I'm proud to have participated at helping you at this mod, for documentations/images. It is a great mod and you have done an exceptional work.
    I hope you will mod ROME 2 as good as for NTW , and if you need, i will help you too, i'm not that bad in celtic history.

    If this is when recruiting new units in a campaign, it cannot be changed.

    Well, it is the screen name that the unit shows in campaigns.

    yes, but it is possible to define the name you want for the STARTING units via the startpos. For units recruited later, the name is generated automatically in a sequence, and the sequence is linked to the class. So every unit of the same class (like heavy cavalry) will have the same base name.

    hi, witch unit mod version can use with Darthmod? So only units that I can use with the darthmod campaign !

    Bart's mod =/= darthmod they're INCOMPATIBLE

    Are the Eagles on the standards available as a separate mini mod? I already have a very highly personally modified NTW which I would like to keep, but I would love to have those eagles in there!

    If you only anticipate using 20 units to a stack how do you delete the compressed unit cards.

    1 - i will upload to a Mirror (depositfiles) here is the link http://dfiles.eu/files/j9k7g411l?redirect, 2 - it will be very hard to use the 'eagle' on the flag with a heavily modified version... i will not work on that, 3 - to use only 20 units Ui, with PFM delete everything in folder ui/templates except folder 'skins'

    Thanks for your response and I have another question for you. Why are the artillery ranges different than what is showing in the land units and projectile files?

    A few other mods. The artillery ranges are different. In your land units the 12pdr is 900 whereas in game it is 600. Looks like the actual game rages for artillery are vanilla. I believe I checked this earlier by removing all other mods and running yours by itself. Wasn't sure if there wasn't somewhere else the ranges could be adjusted.

    9/29/13 Removed all other mods and all artillery ranges are vanilla.
