What I Did

I mainly wanted just to say thanks to you Condotierre for the work you're doing... TLR is a brilliant mod, my favourite by far. Keep up the good work!

Also since there seems to be some confusion over installing I thought I'd share what I did... it was actually quite simple... and it seems to work fine (other than the odd end turn CTD, which isn't too bad)

Fresh install of M2TW (I don't have Kingdoms... yet)
Patch to 1.2
Unpack - (I had to download a new version of MFC71.dll for this to work for some reason ... but after that it was fine)
Download and install TLR 2.4 (by extracting it straight into my M2TW folder)
Download and install the 2.4.1 fix .txt file (rename it descr_strat and move it to M2TW\The_Long_Road\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign)
Run the game from The_Long_Road Windows Batch file in the main M2TW directory.
Stay up till 2am playing

Note that I haven't installed 2.0 this time before using 2.4. It seems to work fine, I assume I'm not missing any important features...
