does that make communism any better ?
does that make cities more evil ?
Double no
I would say read the post, but I'm not sure commie governments would pay for schools to learn the proletariat to read
Logica:
1. hierarchy is of all times and part of society
2. argueing is of all times and part of society
3. eliminating hierarchy and conlflicts is impossible
4. implementing communism is impossible
You honestly think eliminating conflict and hierarchy is actually possible?!
There's no point debating with you any further.
good luck with that...oh, on your way, can you wake up my dog from death ? It isn't to hard ae ? There's always a wayThere's always a way. Either crafted by humans, or cast down on us by nature.
Yes ofcourse, in the first place because you didn't see the emoticon and the obvious joke....or did the reds take your sense of humour together with your money ?Do you mind me calling you a total basterd for telling me I can't read? Thanks.

I don't know much about Communism, Marxism etc, but i'd just like to ask something:
I think it is true for the most part that as soon as communism is mentioned it's like "Oh no! Stalin, Mao - millions killed" but these guys were crazy dictators posing in favour of a communist ideal.
Now, most of the communist supporters in this thread have said that "true" communism has never been implemented and I would like to know why exactly? Why is it that people running in support of the idea branch off and dictate their own form of communism, Stalin, Mao etc. If it is such a good idea (not saying this sarcastically) then why has it never been implemented in it's truest form?
Is one of the most basic ideas of communism that people collectively govern themselves without a hierarchy? Can this realistically be achieved? IMO there is always going to be some who want that little bit more.
Spot on here. In addition to that It's important to note that Marx, Engels Lenin, Stalin, Trotsky, and just about every other Marxist leader and ideologist recognise that Communism can only be fully realised in a post-production society. It's for this reason that one of the main goals of the transitional socialist phase is the development of productive forces to the highest level.
Can a post-production society ever be created? I honestly don't know, but I'm willing to try.
It's also why capitalism can never aim at economic development as high as Marxism offers, because the development of a post-production society would effectively render capitalism completely redundant.
Again, it goes hand in hand with a post-production society - capitalistic ideals like you mention here don't have a purpose, because everyone has what they want/need.
Anarcho-communists don't believe that the transitional phase, the withering away of the state, and the development of productive forces is necessary, and that human society can jump straight to Communism. This, I believe is naive and foolish, and fairly devoid of logic, susceptible to many, if not all of the criticisms that you have aimed at Communism.
Anarchism or Socialism, by J.V. Stalin is a good article written by the manbearpig of Steel himself on these issues, and makes for informative reading on the subject, condensing a lot of Marxist theory into one article.
