    As I said I've tried it. And it is awesome ,as you did to TFATW, now must have an eye in the cavalry,if they approach in charge mod we must form a square or are done,your mod have a great visual effect , mainly the first versiao,I will try it with other mods to . Boa sorte pro teu Benfica.

    If you try it with any mod tell me if it work. For the few feedback I have I dont know if they use any other mod. I think it dont, or the people will made any comment.

    I will try it soon, seems interesting. Someone need to fix those horrible squares too.

    after doing some more tests with this mod i find that its very much perfect with the full version with higher troop numbers, i would say at least double per unit. if your play the normal unit numbers then i would try the medium or lite versions....

    I use total combat, Total flags, battle AI, all maps pack, all unit and factions unlocker, bart07mod, radious fbr elite, pajocav mod,upc, all works perfectly with your mod.

    Good.I just ask because many mods have the some table,and could have some kind of conflict.

    After reading about this mod and trying the 4th version shortly i must say first impressions are real good.

    First of all cavalry charges are now graphically very pleasing, secondly it seems cavalry is now more effective overall and it seems it helps the AI conserve its cavalry for more important moments in battle.

    Hey mate just a question how did you get the bruswicks to show up in game and be recritible? also i do not have this mod installed yet as i want to no how you have modded the cavalry charrge against squares? as we all know through out the napoleonic wars there were very few cases of any cavalry breaking in to the square formation, so how does your mod deal with this? can your mod penertrait solid squares? and can your mod break a solidly formed square?

    The cavalry dont penetrate the squares if they are formed, is upless to make a square after the impact.

    if your unit is in square they wont break its as simple as that.

    well within reason of course, lol if you attack one unit of infantry in square with 4 units of heavy cavalry from each side at once then im sure it will break pretty fast lol

    Is true.The AI cavalry dont try to attack a square formed,you could do it but you and maybe enter no it but you will take many losses,the AI dont use the square formation with any logical, so ,the SF is to be use by the player, now with my mod you have to take very care with enemy cav .
    This mod dont overpower any charge or any other cav value, if it create more losses is due more contact .

    im using medium version. seems quite good to me. definitely makes them a force ...but i dont want them too strong.

    certainly obliterates ranked infantry

    not sure whether some form of guard mode bayonet wall should provide more of a hazard to charging horse...?

    perhaps but there is no way a line of infantry, even with bayonets pointed out would halt a mass of cavalry the line would break, Squares were definitely the best defense for cavalry however when infantry were in squares, then they were very vulnerable to infantry and horse battery's that would ride up close unlimber an blast the hell out of said squares. I am at work at the moment but will give this mod a try asap when i finish.
    I don't think the ABI utilize the cavalry well enough, the were really intended to deal with other cavalry and also slow down the advance of infantry with the threat of attack, many infantry were using the "close order" to advance however this would be some defense against cavalry but would mean that they were vulnerable to artillery because of the tightly packed formation.
