ALL MSN ACCOUNTS AND STEAM ACCOUNT HACKED IN 1 GO ? HOW THE FK.....

Hi well great timing for someone to hack all my accounts.

They are all gone ........

What am i to do fellow TWC members.

msn accounts information all changed.

steam password changed and most prob everything else ?


I set msn a tech email but they take 24 hours by then this person could destroy my whole lie family and personal wise.

I never click links or anything else also guys this happened when i was doing an virus scan ????

Question is i have like 7 msn accounts and 1 steam account ?

People don't just randomly go hacking all your accounts (this is the second time you say?) I'm inclined to believe someone you know or who has access to your computer did it (or you had a password that was super easy for someone you know to guess). If your going to the hospital in two days then it probably doesn't really matter does it? You won't be using the accounts for some time anyway.

Passwords not EASY.

PC Has a password which is almost 20 letters and numbers.

I never let anyone on my PC anytime.

Now i have had my mates check my steam account and msn accounts to see if i was online on any

NO I WASN'T.

I'm starting to think this is yet another THEIR SIDE FK UP.

The question is .... my answers i would only know i have them in my head and not any people will know this.

I am quiting the PC forever once this is sorted might get a cheap laptop because this is more than pathetic.

7(!!!)? That's not good. Anti virus' often conflict with each other and that can easily f'up your computer. I am not knowledgable on virus and such so I do not know if these things can be related.

Seen as how i had steam and msn open at the time of this happening ?

People i know do not have computers and the ones that do i never share information.

And also clever clogs i was running anti virus wile this happened.

This is the most rare thing ever.

Still no one has logged into my accounts i have people monitoring them 24/7.

Ok so bottom line im not getting help here so i will surpass this on myself with my illness.

My 2 main msn accounts i can no longer login.

My other gmail accounts are fine all my other non online or steam related accounts are fine.

The only other thing I can think of... some anti-virus programs manage passwords, perhaps one of them screwed your passwords up somehow.

I agree somehow my anti virus must of triggerd something off not sure what exactly this is so strange though my friends are keeping me updated every hour and so far not a soul has even tried to login to my accounts could this be something so rare that it will happen so little that not alot of people think this way.

What i mean is how could my anti virus change all my passwords ? MSN and STEAM where both open and i was playing MW2 wile doing my scan wile playing the game i got your account has been logged in somewhere else etc etc then once i closed my game off i couldn't log back in so strange.

After a short wile it seems my msn accounts also have the exact same problem ?

Question is how did he do it at the same time ? and also could this be the first ever thing so rare ????? that both systems changed passwords and secret information for security ? like for instance lets say my anti virus program sent something to their end and their end shut off my accounts ???? im not sure im just thinking of so many methods and possibility's.

Either your PC has a keylogger or someone has used your computer and changed your passwords from there. Or maybe youre on an insecure network or something.

Either way you need to get in touch with the respective companies to hopefully get your accounts back.

Could you list the anti virus software youre using? Im interested which seven you chose to use. As a general rule you should only use one for various reasons, such as them reacting badly to each other and draining system resources.

Also Id stop using that computer for anything that involves paswords. Use someone elses if you need to.

Is it the same password for both accounts? Maybe you fell for a phishing scam where someone legitimate looking asked you for your password?

Well you can say "impossible" but you have to be realistic. Someone knows your passwords somehow - either

You have a keylogger on your computer
Your network is insecure.
You told someone your password
Someone used your computer
You used someone elses computer and didnt log out.

Since you dont know how it happened you have to reasonably assume it could be any of these, unless theres something else youre not telling us.

If youre determined to think none of these are possible then Im not sure exactly what help you expect to receive.

My PC is like a protected heaven 5 years without any problems then this ???? it seems obsolete.

Twice this has happened.

Its on their side but somehow maybe my PC did something to trigger it off ?

If youre sure it's a problem on their side (though I think it's a problem on your side) then all you can do is get in contact with them to get your accounts back.

In the end it doesnt matter how many antivirus programs you have, computers still get infected and you might not ever know about it until something like this happens. As far as I know there is no such thing as a completely secure PC.
