Depends on what board you have, I suggest you make a note of your motherboards name and model and find the online manual for it and have a read through. If you have PC from Dell, HP, Acar etc they use properitray motherboards which are locked down tight and you won't be able to overclock them.

An Acer.........the motherboards name isn't something I'm familiar with and looks like a OEM name given out by a company like ASUS or Foxconn who design and manufacture generic motherboards for companies like Acer so I very much doubt you will be able to overclock it. Sorry.

If you really want to get into overclocking I suggest next time your thinking about getting a new PC build it yourself that way you don't have to worry about dealing with crappy OEM parts.

Not necessarily. Search google for your MB and see if there are any BIOS updates or utilities that will allow you to overclock.
