Big Problem--I can't win in a battle

I don't know if guys can see my picture in the attachment, so I will describe all about.

I attack a town of the rebel and I find there is a wall cross the town(also big city) then the enemy set a unit on the wall. I can't click my army to attack this unit because there is no way to, when my archer's work is done, I must wait for time over and I lose this battle.
1.No way to the unit on the wall
2.the wall crosss the town including the central square so I can't capture this square.
3.I got not enough archers(arrows) to kill the unit
