Swiss, how do you go about changing the name and description of a unit?

Just started a campaign as Hannover. Thought I'd give them the use of a few more generic units, namely Grenadiers, Jagers, and Cuirassiers. Also Trade ships.
Made appropriate additions to NER/Campaign Pack/ner_units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions
+
ner_uniform_to_faction_colors
+
ner_uniform_tables
In game the Trade Ships are there, together with their icon cards and stats. I have built one already.
But with the Trade Ships, only made an addition to the ner_units_to_exclusive_faction_permissions.
The Grenadiers, Jagers, and Cuirassiers appear to be there to be recruited, with their stats, (although I haven't built any yet), but more importantly, their icon cards appear blank (white).
Could anyone tell me what I have omitted to do to get the icon card to appear. Can't be very much.
Thanks in advance.

With land units, things are a little more complicated. You need to make some more tables so your pack at the end should be like this:
Make 2 sets of TSV. The first one should have the vanilla entries. The second one should have the tables without entries. Keep only the 3 first rows with header, title and such and delete the rest data in every one of them. Then copy from vanilla TSV the entries about the units you want. Now you have to rename units and give them unique names (e.g. my_Inf_Line_Infantry). Update all tables. Also assign them to Hanover where is necessary (you should know that already). Import the TSV in your pack and rename all tables (e.g. my_units_stat_land). You are almost done. Units will be available for Hanover. The icons will be as the vanilla. That means that if you have changed colors to one unit (in uniform related tables) you will see it's icon with the old colors, but only the icon, unit in battlefield will be as you made it. You can see here how to correct this but i do not thing it worths the trouble , especially if it is for your personal use.
Editing just unit table does not work in Napoleon (with the exception of ETW units that have transfered to NTW). You have to follow the hard way.
db\building_units_allowed_tables. You have to use the latest from patch4.pack.
