How to change faction leader´s portrait and name

how do i change the picture of the lady in the left corner (the guide lady) ?

What I've been trying to do is changing the image of Napoleon to napoleon_o.tga and napoleon_o.jpg (which are already in the data.pack)

I've created a .pack file containing these two files, change pack type into Mod, and mentioned the .pack file in script.txt

I've modified the mp_eur_napoleon/startpos.esf file in all three locations:

campaign_startpos/campaign_env/campaign_model/world/faction_array/faction_array/faction/family/family monarchy info_character
(added two lines: ui/portraits/custom/Cards/napoleon_o.tga and ui/portraits/custom/Info/napoleon_o.jpg)

campaign_startpos/campaign_env/campaign_model/world/faction_array/faction_array/faction/character_array/character_array/character
(added same as above)

campaign_preopen_map_info/faction_infos/faction_info
(added ui/portraits/custom/Cards/napoleon_o.tga)
I didn't mess up anything else because I didn't want to change names.

But the game ctd when I start a new coalition campaign.

I made a .PACK file for Empire total war.


What you said about the number of the faction leader, I will try that.
I don't change the faction leader, but I always change all the other family members (gender, age, name and picture). When I start a revolution, one of these becomes the new leader. Because I don't know how to change the traits of these persons, I safe the game just before the revolution and than I do it over and over again until my leader has six stars.

Ok, but this is a section of the Napoleon Total War.

Anyway, it doesn't works for me either if I don't add the complete folder of portraits. I don't know why, but adding only 2 files in the .PACK ignore it the changes.
