Default Getting rid of WindowsOld files after new OS installed?

So I sadly had to reinstall Windows because of some severe error, and because of a 1000 other things forgot to make backups/write-down the game-keys I had for steam.

Now I reinstalled steam and all my games are not listed, so is there any chance to get those keys from steam again, or is there another way to get this done?

btw.I still have all the steam-files in this WindowsOld file, and btw is there a way to smartly remove all these term-heavy WindowsOld files taking up allot of space and having most likely no function at all anymore?

EDIT: NVM steam took its time to load...silly and unpatient me...

But what about getting rid of WindowsOld files?

Couldn't you just delete the Windows.Old folder if there is nothing of importance in there?
RIP Calvin, you won't be forgotten.

Sure but there are allot of Windows files with names like SysWOW64, while not listed in the new OS-setup.

So I'm afraid I might screw up something.
