Stupid Campaign Bug :( (help me)

Avé Guys,

i'm doing a campaing with The Seleucids and it is great...
but now i have a little (stupid) bug
there is a rebel family member and when i try to attack him,.. rome total war shuts down. and it go's back to my desktop
there comes no warning or error..
and it happens every time.
and it's only that unit.
so how can i remove that unit ? or what can i do about that bug ?
because i don't wanna begin a new campaing.. i'm so far right now
so ? can you guys help me out ?

that happened to me before numerous times, even after battles it would just shut down.. i never fixed the problem i just let that city/army attck me or i just let them alone

I have no way to fix it, but it happened to me. I was the Seleucids and I conquered about 1/3 of the world and one turn, when the wheel came to rebels, the GAME CRASHED AND I CAN'T PLAY THAT CAMPAIGN ANY MORE! IT IS SO ANNOYING!

Have you tried assasinating him? Just a thought...

Yep try assasinating him or you could also bribe him and if you feel too bad about the money
it costs, add_money xx to not waiste money - for the sake of your campaign going on.

i just lett the rebels attack me and then i did the `auto_win cheat
