Looks great Cedric. Did you draw all those maps yourself or did you assemble that from from actual documents?

I figured they were real, they look really well put together there. Reminds me of the old Medal of Honor and Call of Duty loading screens from the first couple games.

As promised, here is how it should look in game (thanks to B!)
EDIT: I'm still addressing some issues with the automatic crop of top & bottom for widescreen resolutions as well as some placement issues, and center overlay (will add more darkness in the center paper so it will merge better).
I'm glad you fixed the placement of those attacker/defender boxes, that was kind of bugging me on the last post you made and I almost said something . That box on the left looks really nice over the passport or whatever that is.

Thanks yes, that was something I could not stand Now it overall looks nicely, even tho I'm not pleased with the very central part but I have to leave with that as it's the game overlay
I'm not sure what you mean about the middle part, it looks alright to me.

It's probably not so important, but you mean that it doesn't completely fit with the battle map overlay, right? Dayumn. But it's almost unnoticeable, so if it's too much work to change, don't.
We're often our own biggest critics, and that's especially true when it comes to the creative arts. That's why getting a second (or third or fourth) opinion on these sorts of things is so important. You spend so long staring at the same thing you notice things nobody else will.

Nor a bad one, though there is something about the color of the beveled rim of the fonts that is not quite to my liking.
If you had intended for a "rusty" effect perhaps you should reduce the lightness of the bevel.
If on the other hand you wanted to make it look bronze like, then maybe it should be more uniform and the have the hue of the reddish parts shifted to the yellowish-brown of bronze.
Just my opinion mate, you need to make something that pleases you first.
Well, I think the beveled rim is better, but I like the darker interior of the first one more.
Something like this is what I had in mind (but I should stress that this is highly subjective):
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
And I think it will look best if you add some light effect, like back glow or reflections on the corners of the beveled rims, all up to you.
