what do tigers dream of?
I think its fine, since French rebels would join back France at the end. Unless it was a rebellion when France ruled it, in that case it would've been a revolution.
That IS bizarre
...did the rebels come from a different region? Because surely rebels in the Paris/French Main Region would come up as French, not generic rebels?
they were from that reigon because i razed the capital and moved my gentlemen in because i wanted for it to become a different type of goverment so i could (try) to ally so they rebel and take it and Napoleon (the one who was in Paris during the seige died) and when he came back he commanded the army whicj makes no sense why rebel against somone just to join them

Can Bonaparte turn Republican?
Men are nothing, One Man is everything.
- Napoleon Bonaparte
Nope, I have tried revolutions repeatedly as France. It simply does not work. It would be pointless calling this Napoleon if I got the Bourbons back right away, now wouldn't it?
You can't liberate France either. I was very disappointed when I learned this. Ended up giving France to Spain and Spain to Portugal, ironic that I as Prussia was pulling a Napoleon and just shaping nations how I will, not giving aabout what actually makes sense.

I've done this actually, revolutions are still in the game and i wanted to see if France could have one.
Instead of getting French rebels they get generic rebels, so you can't change Frances government.
