Can it be won? For some reason, my artillery is retardedly weak and inaccurate in this battle.

My first move is to attempt to take the farmhouse on the left, I throw 4 infantry units at it and they get completely slaughtered, I don't even begin to understand how. I eventually fight them off no problem, and it would be fine, I could win against the brits at this point, but the Prussians show up and it's game over.

I can't win like that.

I just don't see how I can win. The entire time I have the enemy arty whittling down my troop numbers. There is no way I can flank the enemy arty, and if I charge it with lancers, I will lose the lancer I desperately need later. I don't see anywhere to flank. I just don't understand how this battle can be won.
