French uniforms suddenly changed colors in my campaign...

Just wondering if this is supposed to happen. In october 1805 in my European campaign as France, the colors of the French uniforms changed from the mix of blue and white to all white. Goes for all units in my entire army; line infantry, cavalry, artillery crews, etc.

Don't think any screenshots are necessary since the text above describes it good enough, but if you want screens I can upload them.

I don't have any real problem with this, just though it was weird and wondering if anyone else have seen anything similar? Could it be any technology that is researched that changed the color of the uniform?

Probably a historical thing. Didn't Napoleon crown himself as Emperor in 1805?

Could you please direct me to the thread where it was reported before? And possibly the solution, if there is any? Quite annoying to have these uniforms now that I know they are wrong. Couldn't find any threads mentioning this when I searched the forums.

it has happened to me, everything was fine until i went into a battle in the campaign. both my army and the enemy's army were entirely white. when i got the victory screen, it was all freakish colors too. back in the campaign map everything was back to normal and it has never happened again.

It's because the French introduced the white uniform at that time but it wasn't popular so it''ll go back to blue soon

This was not the case for me. The only thing that happened was that the textures for French soldiers changed to an all-white uniform.It didn't look or feel like a bug at all, nothing "freakish" at all about it.

You mean that the uniforms of my French soldiers will return back to what they looked like in the beginning of the campaign? In the same campaign? It is not a bug, but a way for CA to showcase the changes in uniform that the armies went through in the era? In that case, it seems like a quite nice touch.

I really doubt that is the case. It will be because of the uniform editor.

I think it only happens with revolutions and rebels because it happens every time im fighting a rebbellion

Probably just a Bourbon Restoration.

NOOOO! Lol, it's a bug. Read my bottom message backwards. I should have waited til !st April.But some French regiments did have a white uniform for a while.
