Missing Seleucid Unit-Hellenic Elite Spearmen

I have played EB for several months now, but I had to recently redownload and install it on my computer. I am playing as the Seleucids and I have built the appropriate buildings but I am not able to recruit the Hellenic Elite Spearmen, have they been removed or changed recruitment parameters?

Part of the Cataphract Reform (I'm assuming you're referring to the TAB).

Cataphract reform? I'm pretty sure its the Roman "Imperial Reform" when Rome builds an Imperial Palace in Italy (excluding Rome itself).

This is not true.

The Seleukids have their own reform. See the FAQ for further information or do a forum search on how to get them on other ways.
