I find it very strange, that russian non steam(o my!)powered fleet have no 100 and 120 gun vessels.
Meantime there was nearly 30 warships, armed with 100-120 canons, in game period.

I think the limiting of what naval units nations could build was a bad idea.
Every nation should at least be able to build the 106-gun 1st Rate, which ironically France can't build either, but they can build the 122-gun Heavy.
As it stands Britain and Spain are the only nations with a complete or mostly complete naval roster.

Russia had several 100+ gun ships, as well as at least one 120 gun vessel and a 130 gun ship. Yes indeed, Russia had a ship to rival the Santissima Trinidad. Crazy, huh?
Especially during this time period. Wasn't there a Tsar that went navy crazy and just builttons of ships.
Oh wait, that was Peter the Great I guess he was dead by this time.
