We all know that Russia (and unfortunately a part of Russians) are incapable to present excuses for their wrongdoings, or in same cases are even remorseless, despite the gravity of certain crimes. I expect with hope (although probably in vain) to see a Russian official document to condemn the crimes of Communism, and other crimes committed by past and present Russian governments, just like Romania (for both the crimes of Communism and the Holocaust) or Germany did.
