    Default American Indian Auxilliaries

In one of my campaigns I have found the French using armies entirely of native auxiliaries and artillery , is this kind of unrealistic composition common to this faction or do all Colonial Europeans do this, i'm playing on h/h if that has any effect on it.

I think they all do it. I'm playing as Britain and got an army composed of entirely native American troops. Seems more realistic than recruiting a load of English toffs in the middle of Pennsylvania.

I'm playing on Very hard as the french but the fighting that occurred around Montreal and Quebec...And there was a ton of fighting before I was expelled for good was mostly against British Colonial line infantry. I probably had more Indians in my forces throughout that conflict than they did.
