could someone take the russia flag for etw they said they where going to use on the tw website before the release (its still there when you go to the faction preview thing) and make that russias flag for everything, i have very little modding experince and none with this type of stuff or i would do it myself tx

well this is less looked at than other parts but also its generally frowned upon to ask other people to make a mod for you. here is a thead that should tell you how to make the change you want.

thats for medival2 i was looking for empire, and i dont get why it is generally frowned upon to ask for help when you dont know how to do something and other people acually know how to do it

Thought this was for recruitment of mod teams. Not looking for modders to do the work for you.

And really harsh to say that when you don't know how to do something, others should do it. How do you think those people know how to do it? They could explain it, but you have to do the work.

I suggest reading a few guides in the ETW forums.

i sry but i never said that if i cant do it other people should, i said if i cant do it why is there anything wrong with ASKING someone to help me, ive tried for a while to get somone to explain it to me, however all i get is either

a. a link to a mod that doesnt do what i asked for
b. a link to a guide on how to mod something i wasnt askng for
c. a rick roll

ive looked extensively in the etw mod forums and couldnt find a modding guide i could follow to do what i was asking

also: how is this text editing and scripting (just asking)

again, i didnt TELL someone to make if for me, all i did was ask, and I didnt see anything wrong with that, go back to your first post and see what you said, because to me it seemed like you felt that it is rude of me to even ask for help, and also if you read all of my last post, you would of seen that i have asked for a guide on how to do it for a while now and i STILL havent been able to find a guide that i can acually follow, nor have i been able to get someone to point me in the right direction

btw tx for the help lazy knight, ill try that out and see if i can follow that guide
