A Little Campaign Arrangement

where say :
{ST_X_AD} Middle Ages
... maybe will say:
{ST_X_AD} %d Anno Domini (or A.D., or Year of Our Lord... or anything you like)
reason:... in the campaign you cant see the years. With this, you can see the years in the loading screen and campaign-bar.
... if you want change this manually, remember keep "%d" (This tells the program that there must place the number of year), the following text, how i said above, can to be anything you like.
