Played a few campaigns and noticed when your Russia or Austria Nappy really comes after you. Fun battles ensue. Started a British campaign today and it seems like the French don't even know I exist. They just ignore me as Wellington invades all of France. Disappointing to say the least.

Maybe in France victory conditions it does not have any English towns to conquer? Maybe to mod to add one and will see more landings in britain.

On the other hand, I've found the British AI's efforts against France to be pathetic. In two plus years of gametime on Hard difficulty, the AI Brits' efforts against my France have consisted solely of three understrength invasions of Normandy and some naval blockades against my Atlantic ports. That's been it.

Further, do the AI Brits even realize that the Mediterranean Sea exists? I've been able to control 4-5 trades nodes off the North African coast with just trade ships. It's nice having a safe and steady stream of income, but I was expecting at least a little bit of a challenge from the Royal Navy in the Med. Instead, I've not seen even one ship bearing the Union Jack entering the Med.

I like a lot about NTW, but its AI Brits are unfortunately starting to remind me of ETW's AI Brits prior to the 1.4 patch: almost a complete non-entity. And that simply should not be the case.

i really like the campaign in NTW except for the way France and Britain react to each other. As you said Britain ignores France when you play France and it seems France ignores Britain when you play Britain. A shame really. Other then that the campaign is great. Austria, Prussia, France and Russia really get some good battles going.

On N/N Brittain did about 6 invasions of France. 4 of them were by Wellington and he did have a full stack army. This gave me issues to focus on Austria and Prussia.

This was all early in my campaign and the only way to take them out was to drop Napoleon with a full stack near London, conquer it quickly and do a scorched earth tactic. That slowed them down for years as 5 years later in my campaign they are back at full strength. Brittain then invaded Corsica and took it. From there they invaded Florence.

So now I invaded Ireland and liberated it. Scotland is next and after I'll rip apart England.
