A warning regarding the new nVidia drivers
A word of warning to those who have suggested upgrading to the new nVidia drivers; while they may fix some issues with NTW, they are causing potentially harmful problems with people using Blizzard products like World of Warcraft:
'I want to warn all of our visitors who are participating in the StarCraft II Beta and play World of WarCraft to refrain from installing the latest NVIDIA WHQL 196.75 WHQL-certified drivers. As reported in our StarCraft: IncGamers fansite, This issue also affects World of WarCraft players according to a Blizzard Tech Support repreentative. If you already installed it, uninstall it and downgrade to the previous version. Yeah, it's that serious. Many players are reporting their PCs or graphic card have died. It also affects all Blizzard games, so heed the call and safe your hardware's life.
According to Blizzard's Tech Support the latest NVIDIA drivers are causing fan control to not work correctly and causes massive overheat. StarCraft II Beta might kill your PC or card literally. A fix is already in the works. Stay tuned for further updates.'
To clarify, this may not be an issue with the drivers per se, but rather with the way Blizzard has encoded things somehow. But the main point is, if you also play any of the Blizzard products like World of Warcraft, you will want to avoid these drivers for the time being. So far, I have yet to hear anything regarding problems with any other products.

...and leave your dog outside, Heaven goes by favor.
If it went by merit, you would stay out, and the dog would go in.
