I believe thats the part of your unit that is understrength... Eg... The replenish rate will fill up that bar eventually.
If your unit is at full strenght, the bar will be completely green.
The more losses your unit has, it will degrade to black
It's just to represent how many soldiers are still needed to get your regiment to full strenght
The whole bar is the full unit quantity of units in it. The grey is the amount it will fill in a turn, and the black is the remainder of the replenishment for later turns.
So for example, the unit will eventually reach 120 men again?
yes eventually... It can be quite slow if your in a crap region or whatever.
So green is the current count.
Grey means the number of men replenished next turn.
Black is the eventual total number of men allowed in a unit provided I wait till full replenishment
In game you need a supply building to boost the replenish rate per turn ie if it a farm you can knock it down and change it to supply base so it can replenish your troops faster.
keep in mind it only cover the region that the supply building is in.
