Loading saves issue

Hey all!
I recently bought NTW on Steam, and are very happy too see the awesome gameplay they've put together.
But there are some things I'm having trouble with.

When I play an online campain with a friend of mine (he is the host), and I try to save the game, it seems like there's some sort of problem: In the list of saved games, no saves appear, but if I check the saves-folder, they are all there.
I really want to have the opportunity to load and host my saved games for myself.
How do I fix this problem?

Where is the save game folder located? Im trying to find it.

Unhide all hidden files and folders in folder options, then in computer, type save.

I am afraid none of your answers are helping me...
It seems like the game don't want me to "resume as host".

Does anyone have any answers on how to fix this?

When it comes to the savefolder:

C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\save_games_multiplayer

well it appears that only the host is capable of saving the game, since we don't know any way to jump start a saved game, you should host a game and save if it works, my theory is correct
