"This game is unavailable at this time"

Is anyone else getting this from Steam? i am getting rather frustrated by it, i can play other games just fine, but when i go to Napoleon, it goes to start up for a second, then a window pops up and it says that

What does the popup say? Have you tried changing servers?

try another server, contact steam

do i just switch download servers? or is it something else?

i switched my download server to one closer to me, ill keep trying download servers but im no aware of any other server option to change

bleh, i searched the title of this thread in the steam support thing, and it came up with a list of what to do, and i started going down the list to where i deleted almost everything from Steam, and when i opened steam up again:

N:TW apparently is not installed....... grrrrrrr i hate steam...

or, it was in the not installed category, but its already at 24% updated... im not sure what is going on but i want to smash steam right now....

It is a pure Steam problem. Have updated your Steam client?

in the support advice it said to delete everything except the steam.exe, steamapps, and the ClientRegistry.blob

when i did that it was forced to update itself, then when i logged in it started doing the update, so hopefully it will be fixed in a couple of minutes
